Arrive a few minutes early, wear comfortable clothing, and mention any injuries, contraindications, or changes in how you feel. Avoid a heavy meal immediately beforehand.
02How do I choose the right massage?+
Consider whether you mainly want relaxation, focus on a specific body area, or post-activity recovery. If unsure, call and we can choose together.
03How long does a visit take?+
The massage itself lasts 20–60 minutes depending on the service. Allow a few additional minutes for a short conversation beforehand.
04Do I need to book in advance?+
Yes. Visits are by prior appointment so each client can be given the right amount of time.

06Which payment methods are available?+
Payment methods will be confirmed when you book. Please ask while arranging your appointment.
07Can I buy a voucher?+
Yes — call or message on Instagram to discuss a voucher for your chosen massage.
08Is massage suitable for everyone?+
Not always. Acute inflammation, fever, recent injuries, infectious conditions, and some other circumstances may be contraindications. Consult a doctor if you are unsure.
09When should I consult a doctor before massage?+
If you are pregnant, have a chronic condition, take medication affecting clotting, recently had a procedure, or are uncertain about your health.
10Can I communicate in Russian or English?+
Yes. Communication and service are available in Polish, Russian, and English.
11Are clients from Sulejów and nearby areas welcome?+
Yes. Love swoje ciało also welcomes people from Sulejów and nearby towns.
12What are the opening hours?+
Opening hours: daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Availability of a specific time must be confirmed when booking.
13Does submitting the form confirm my appointment?+
No. Your appointment is booked only after it has been confirmed directly.
